You will receive your PIN within 10 working days from the date of receipt.
If there are changes to your contact information, i.e., last name, phone, address or email, please fax old and new information to 312.322.6511.
That's all there is to it!
Once you have your PIN, you may order directly from our Web site. Your checking account will be debited the
amount of your purchase and your Ticket(s) will be mailed directly to you.
The price of the Monthly Pass will be debited from your checking account the first business day of the month for which the Monthly Pass is valid. The price of the 10-Ride will be debited upon receipt of your order.
