Office of Business Diversity & Community Relations

The Office of Business Diversity & Community Relations (OBDCR) is responsible for the administration of Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) and Title VI programs in accordance with the mandates and regulations of the FTA and other federal, state and local government statutes. OBDCR ensures non-discrimination in the award and administration of Metra contracts and makes certain that all individuals have access to Metra’s transit services, regardless of race, color, gender or national origin.
